WEIGH INS: Weigh ins are scheduled for Friday, April 20, 2018 , from 4:00-8:00 pm, at the Convention Center. They will be held behind the bleachers, near the vendor area. See information below on how to print off your weigh in card. If you do not print your card off, or forget to bring it, just stand in the weigh in line and pick up a new one, just before entering the weigh in area.
****The following are the estimated start times for 2018. Note: There is no way to know the estimated times that will be used for 2018, until registration has shut off and mat assignments have been determined. The 2018 estimated start times will be posted by Thursday, April 19, 2018.
We have done our best to try to estimate the start times for each weight. In doing so, we have estimated the time to make sure that the next weight arrives prior to their actual starting time. Please check your bracket to see the starting number in your weight class and then monitor the bout number on the scoreboard. We average close to 14 bouts per hour, so that should give you a good time estimate of your match times.
Friday night weight changes, flow of the mat and whether you have a BYE first round can affect the time any particular wrestler will wrestle his first match.
Beginning in 2009, you may print your own weigh in card from our site. Once your entry has been accepted, you will be able to print it out. However, if you change weight, you will need to print out a new card. If you do not print your card out, you will be able to pick one up at the tournament site. To print card: log back into your account, click on my account, click on manage wrestlers, click on the the black box to the right of his name and scroll down to "Print Weigh In Card"

Change of weights will be allowed at weigh-ins, if space in the new bracket exists. The fee to change weights at the site will be $100.00.
How to change weights and Late Registration
Weights must be changed by clicking on registration; enter your user name/password and then select the change of weight option. Your current weight class will then be displayed. You can do an on-line weight change until the date listed on our Main Page. There may be a weight change fee, if done less than one week prior to the event date.
*Weights with more than 60 wrestlers, in the afternoon session, may begin prior to the time listed, but this information would be posted at weigh ins.

***Note: An exact time schedule cannot be given, as it is impossible for us to know the numbers we will end up with and the start time for each weight or mat.
Also, beginning in 2015, we are planning on running one weight (unless necessary to run more, because of numbers), per mat, until that weight reaches a problem with rest time. At that time, the net age/weight class would start their matches, allowing for proper rest time for the first group. Once proper rest time has been received, the first group will wrestle their matches. This alternating would continue, until the first weight has been completed. As the second group encounters rest problems, another group will start, and so on. The only problem we will encounter is the final weight on a particular mat. However, beginning in 2016, a MANDATORY 15 rest time will be given to wrestlers.
This has also proved to eliminate most all of the congestion at the awards area.
Estimated start times will be posted on our website and during weigh ins. ALL wrestlers will be in the Main Hall this year. We will also again have a designated area, in the Hall, for all tents, mattresses, etc...
